Perfect Day

You know how you sometimes just have a perfect day? It doesn't have to be anything spectacular or out of the ordinary, just a day where you really enjoy yourself and your company. This was yesterday. In light of having a ton of Christmas shopping to do and errands to run, I never once felt stressed or in a hurry or annoyed by other people (grinches). My calmness may have something to do with the fact that I don't have to worry about school for 4 weeks, and that come Wednesday we are headed to Sarasota for Christmas. Either way it was just nice not to feel rushed.

I started off with one of these (picked up by the hubs)...


Went on a nice long (and very chilly) run...


Went and got my hair done and then ran by the house and picked this guy up...


Headed back to this place for another coffee (Hello my name is Leanne and I am addicted to corporate America coffee)...


Headed to this place...


And thoroughly entertained ourselves...


Probably the only vegetarian that enjoys the Bass Pro Shop...


Did A LOT of shopping all over Bham and then finished with a wonderful dinner at Brio...


We got ALL of our Christmas shopping done, which in itself is an amazing feat. And I got to spend some much needed quality time with Matt, which is of course the best part:)
