*A personal assistant to run mindless errands for me, keep my schedule organized, address Christmas cards, sit in for me during lectures and take notes, give me massages...

I would take one of each, too. Except the personal assistant - my wish would be to not have to work so that I had plenty of time to do all those mindless things myself!
