Trip to the ER

So we spent Sunday evening in the ER after Matt had a little run in with an elbow at basketball practice. I get a phone call that starts out with, "now don't freak out." Umm yeah, this is usually never a good thing. Matt was calling to warn me that one of the guys was bringing him home and it was going to look a lot worse when he walked up than it really was. Needless to say when he walked up to the house, it looked like he had a run in with a shot gun rather than an elbow. I'll spare you the details, but he did have to get 10 stitches right above his eye. Poor guy! And to think that he was more worried about twisting an ankle or something.
