Friday's Five Faves

Happy Friday, friends!  Oh, and happy loooong weekend!!  I like coming home from vacation to immediately have a long weekend.  Getting back to work this week (and starting bar review) was a little rough, so it will be nice to have an extra day to get caught up on house stuff.  We got our summertime Y memberships the other night so I am also looking forward to getting in a little pool time.

Here are my faves as of late...

* L'Oreal Sublime Sun Crystal Mist sunscreen.  This is the best sunscreen I think I have ever used.  It's one of those continuous sprays and it sprays upside down, this way and that, so it's easy to get those hard to reach places.  Totally light, no funky smell, and long lasting.

* A good "beach read."  For whatever reason, when I am on a beach vacation, I want a page turner that doesn't make me think too hard, but has a little bit of suspense and romance.  On the Island was a really great and easy read.  I read it in like 2 days, but for just $2.99 on Kindle, it was worth it.  Oh, and yes I did read the infamous Fifty Shades of Grey.  Ehh, I don't really see what all the hype was about.  Call me laissez-faire, but I just didn't see what the big deal was...

* Annie's PBJ granola bars.  These are perfect little afternoon snacks...chewy and tasty.  I found them at Target.

* A husband that knows exactly what his wife wants (take that Christian Grey!).  Matt's graduation present to me...a butt load of cute yoga and running gear from Lululemon.  Jewelry?  Nah.  Spa gift card?  No thanks.  Super cute workout attire.  Yes!  Seriously, check out my new stash...

* This is so naughty, but totally worth the splurge in my opinion...the new Confetti Cake Blizzard from Dairy Queen.  Seriously, go get you one and thank me later.  Just do like Matt and me and split a small.  Sooooo good!

I will have to check that book out. (And I agree about the 50 Shades trilogy!) Oh, and that blizzard looks DELISH! Wish we had a Dairy Queen around here! :)
