Old man Riley is 8 years old today. For the most part he still has a lot of pep in his step. We do have to sign a "senior dog waiver" now when he goes to the groomer and our vet has started discussing joint vitamins with us, but that's ok. As long as Riley defies the laws of nature and never leaves me is around for another 8 years, I'll do whatever I have to do to keep him in tip top shape.
On another note, Chupa leaves us tomorrow to go to her new home....in New Jersey! She is being transported this week to her adoptive family. Besides getting used the cold weather, Chupa is going to have to learn how to GTL and fist pump with the best of them.
