Show Us Your Life: What I'm reading these days...

For this week of S.U.Y.L. I am supposed to tell about what is currently on my book list.  I am assuming this does not include the Commercial Law, Professional Responsibility, Strategies and Tactics for the MPRE and Real Property texts I am forced to read right now.  Can you say most boring books ever?  I can.... MOST.BORING.BOOKS.EVER.  Sorry, I'm just kind of anti-law school right now.  In about a week, I'll be much better.

Anyways, reading is one of my most favorite hobbies.  As I posted awhile back, I am currently working my way through Tana French's books, In the Woods and The Likeness.  I have a couple chapters to go on the first one (which I probably won't be able to finish until exams are over) and will immediately start the second.  In the Woods is awesome.  It's been a long time since I have read a good murder who-dun-it mystery and this one has had my mind going in all kinds of directions trying to figure it out.  Ms. French is a lovely writer.

Something else I also blogged about awhile back is how I am sort of working my way through this list, although it seems like I keep taking breaks to read something else.  Next on that list I am reading The Catcher in the Rye

Also in line is Something Borrowed.  I have never read anything by Emily Giffin, but seeing as how the movie will be coming out soon, I want to at least read the first one.  It's kind of a weird obsession habit for me to want to read the book before the movie version comes out.

As you can see, I am all over the place.  I can't say that there is one particular genre that I like best.  I just like to mix it up.  If I read something more serious, then I usually want to follow it up with something more light-hearted.
