And for my Friday 5 Faves...
Yoga...I have been practicing yoga for a few years now, but it has generally just been another means to stay in shape. I have been trying not to focus so much on the exercise component of yoga, but rather use it as a healing practice. This has made a huge difference since I am now focusing more on the actual psychological and healing aspects of the practice rather than how many calories I am burning.

Starbursts...pink ones...obsession. I.CANNOT.STOP.
Boardwalk Empire...this is a great show, set during Prohibition. I was bummed when True Blood ended last month, but since that time slot has been replaced with this awesome show, Vampire Bill and Sookie are hardly missed. Check it out on Sundays at 8 pm (9 pm if you are eastern) on HBO.

Taco pizza (ala John McWilliams)...I can't believe I have never posted this recipe, but since we just had it the other night, I was reminded to do so. My F.I.L. made this one time when we were in KY, and I have been making it regularly ever since. All you do is take a pre-made pizza crust (like Boboli), spread a can of refried beans over it, top with reduced fat cheddar cheese (about a cup) and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce and cherry tomatoes that have been cut in half. So easy and SOOOO GOOD!!
Sleep...as in, when I actually get some. I have not been sleeping very well at all for a few weeks straight now and it is taking a toll. However, I finally got a decent amount last night and it was refreshing. We kicked the pups out of the bedroom last night and I'm not sure if that has really been the culprit, but all I know is that I was not woken up by random noises (licking, snoring, howling in their sleep)...

Glad you are starting to get deeper into your yoga practice, it is so healing! And LOVE the pumpkin pictures! I am on a search to find a pumpkin patch around here....so excited for a real fall!
